Changing your address before you order
When you add an address on to your account, you need to make sure that you select the add address button once you have input your information.
Once you have put in the new address check the correct billing and shipping address has been selected by whether the blue dot is highlighted on the correct address.
Once you have placed the order please check your order confirmation and ensure the address' are correct. As once an order is placed it is difficult to get this amended.
Please note that if the billing address does not match your card this may delay your parcel being processed.
If your parcel is being shipped to the wrong address
Once you place an order, we cannot change the shipping address unless you have previously sent a parcel to the new address on our website, this is a security measure to ensure your online safety.
If the parcel is being sent to an incorrect address we would advise you to contact us as soon as possible.
We would recommend to call us during open hours. 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Contacts us via live chat Monday to Friday 5.30pm to 10pm or if you have placed an order Saturday we have live chat operational between 9am to 5pm.
If you place an order to an incorrect shipping address on a Saturday evening or Sunday. If we have not responded by 9am Monday please ring the office to advise them the address needs amending.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and mark the subject line as URGENT CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Please note that once an order is placed we pack the parcels very quickly so we may not be able to stop the parcel from being shipped.
Once the parcel is shipped we cannot change the address.
Alternative Delivery address'
We can now deliver parcels to alternative delivery addresses. If you are wanting the parcel delivered elsewhere, please specify the address accurately.
If we're delivering to your workplace, this must be registered for example as a registered business, school, hospital etc.
