Payment Options

What payment options do I have?

We accept Visa (including Visa Delta) Mastercard, Switch / Maestro, American Express, Solo and Electron cards.

Online, we can also accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Giropay and Sofort.

Klana

We now have the option at the checkout to pay using Klana. You can pay with your card in 30 days or Pay in 3.

Paypal

You can now pay using paypal.

1.  Add your products to your shopping bag and select PayPal within the checkout
2. Select Pay in 3 and follow the instructions provided.
3. Your first instalment will be collected automatically when your order is confirmed by Sportsshoes.com

We debit your card when we're preparing your goods for despatch. If your goods aren't currently in stock, we won't debit your card until they arrive with us.

When is my card charged?

We don't take payment until we ship the order, so your payment will be pending until the parcel is shipped. This is so you have time to change your order before it is dispatched to you. 

What is the security check?

Every order placed by credit or debit card undergoes a security check with your card issuer to ensure that the details we have match up to their records and that your card isn't being used fraudulently.

In the event of non-authorisation by your card issuer, we'll contact you to let you know.
