Can I change my order?

If you need to change your order, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible as once the item is packed to be shipped we cannot amend the contents of the parcel, our contact us page is linked below.

In your email please use the subject line URGENT - CHANGE TO ORDER. It would also be useful to include your order number and any other details as you have in the email so we can try and resolve the change for you as quickly as possible.

We will always try our best to locate and amend your order if we can however during busy periods this may not be possible.
