What do I do if my item is faulty?
At sportsshoes.com we want you to love your products as much as we do.
We are really sorry if your item has a fault or defect. All of the items on our website have a one year warranty.
Please find the link to our contact page below, if you find a fault on your order please get in touch with our friendly customer service team and we will be happy to advise you the best way to deal with this.
When contacting us please include as much information about the fault as possible and ensure you include pictures of the fault and pictures of the item itself so we can have a clearer idea of what the issue is.
Faulty items should be returned within a reasonable time and must be in a clean and dry condition.
Please enclose all your details and a covering note explaining the fault and any other useful details.
We'll try to get back to you within 24 working hours of receipt of your parcel, although during busy periods this may take slightly longer.
Where a fault is found, we'll refund your reasonable return postage costs.
Occasionally, if we're struggling to locate a fault, we may request a second opinion from the product manufacturer.
Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not processed as faulty and may be sent back to you.
