We know that buying online means that sometimes you will need to swap an item for a different size or model. We are happy to be able to provide this service to our customers.

When returning your item, remember to include the product code and size of your replacements. We will exchange your order once it is back with us.
We can exchange an order that is more expensive just let our customer service team know before you send it and we will make a note and contact you once the parcel is back with us to take the additional payment.
We'll despatch your replacement order free of charge to UK and international addresses.
We'll turn around your exchange as quickly as we can and subject to stock availability, aim to despatch your replacements within 24 hours of receiving your return.
Bear in mind that there may be slight delays during busy periods.
