Can I gift wrap my order?

If you want to gift wrap your order for a special someone you can request your parcel to be gift wrapped. Gift wrapping is charged at £3.00 per item.

What if I do not receive my order confirmation?

If you do not receive your order confirmation within an hour of placing the order give our customer service team a call and we will check your email address is correct and that your order has gone through correctly.

What if my statement/payment is not correct?

We do not charge until we ship the order, so the items will not be charged, they will appear as pending meaning the bank has held the amount but we have not processed it yet. If you are concerned about the amount you have been charged contact us via email customerservice@sportsshoes.com with your order details and we will look into this for you and make sure this goes through correctly.
