Changing an Order FAQ's
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order before despatch, we recommend that you contact us by phone on 01274 530 530 as soon as you can after placing your order, and we'll do our best to find and cancel your order before it's dispatched.
Can I amend/change my order?
If you need to change your order, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible as once the item is packed to be shipped we cannot amend the contents of the parcel, our contact us page is linked below.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once you place an order, we cannot change the shipping address unless you have previously sent a parcel to the new address on our website before, this is a security measure to ensure your online safety. If the parcel is being sent to an incorrect address we would advise you to contact us as soon as possible.
Can I upgrade my order?
As long as the parcel has not been prepared for dispatch you can call us on 01274 530 530 and pay an additional £2.00 to change the order to next day delivery. Weekend delivery may differ.
Can I add a discount code after placing an order?
If you have got a discount code and forgotten to apply it, let us know and if your parcel has not been shipped we will refund your discount to your order.
