How do I return an item?
When you receive your item you have up to 100 days to change your mind and send it back to us. We have teamed up with ASDA, INPOST, Evri, Royal mail and ZigZag to offer you an easy, local return experience. If your item is under 15kg, you can now return online through ZigZag in a few simple steps.
How do I return an international parcel?

Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards are returnable however we cannot refund them. We will credit the value of the gift card or voucher to your account and you can re-use this voucher in store by calling this office to place a new order.
Can I exchange?
We know that buying online means that sometimes you will need to swap an item for a different size or model. We are happy to be able to provide this service to our customers. To send a parcel back please see our Returns page
My item is faulty, what do I do?
We are really sorry if your item has developed a fault. All of the items on our website have a year's warranty. Please find the link to our contact page below, if you find a fault on your order please get in touch with our friendly customer service team and we will be happy to advise you the best way to deal with this.

Have you received my return parcel?
We will do our best to process your parcel within 24 hours of receiving it, however during busy periods we ask you to allow us additional time. Depending on the courier you have chosen may change the length of time we ask you to allow for the parcel to arrive back with us. We ask you to allow 5 working days for an INPOST parcel and 10-14 working days for an ASDA or EVRI parcel as they are bulk return services.
