HOW WE’RE RESPONDING TO COVID-19
As the world watches for the latest Covid-19 developments, we wanted to let you know how we’re responding here and what we’re doing to keep the Sportsshoes community, including our employees, customers and partners, safe at this time.
As always our first priority is the safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees. We have implemented strict safeguards including stringent social distancing processes and hygiene procedures in-line with government and World Health Organisation guidelines, with the majority of our workforce now working from home.
Our fantastic teams are working hard to continue to deliver the same level of service you’ve come to know and expect of us. We are working alongside our delivery partners to help ensure that deliveries run on time and our customer service team is on hand to handle any queries or problems you may have without delay.
We understand that you’ll have questions about the processes we have in place at this time, so we’ve put together everything you need to know here, which we hope will be helpful.
