FAULTY ITEMS
Some brands have different warranty policies and procedures, and some manufacturers prefer to handle warranty claims directly with the customer.

If you insist to return the product back to us, the return process will be delayed as we are required to send the product back to the manufacturer for them to inspect due to the terms of the warranty.

NON FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is not faulty you can return the product within 100 days as long as it is in perfect condition, unused with no data downloaded and with all protective covers included.
Please contact our customer service team HERE before returning, otherwise you will not be insured for the return and we will not be able to offer you a replacement or refund if the product does not reach us.
