Linking Vitality Membership
> After registering at Sportsshoes.com and connecting your Vitality membership in the My Account section, your joint/family membership will be associated with your Sportsshoes.com account.
> The primary membership holder will automatically receive the entitlement for all members under 18 on their policy, while other members over 18 will need to register separately.
Automatic Discount
> The 15% off promotional code can be used on running shoes, apparel, and accessories; however, it is not valid for electronics or nutritional items. Any excluded items will not display the Vitality badge on the product.
> Items that qualify for the discount will feature a Vitality icon on their product image. This offer is exclusively valid at Sportsshoes.com.
> There’s no limit to how often you can use your 15% discount.
Vitality Select Program
> To qualify for a discount of up to 25% you must be enrolled in a Vitality Select program.
> The 25% discount is applicable to one pair of in season running shoes and is limited to one pair per member or dependent per plan year.
> If you buy several pairs of running shoes for yourself in one transaction, the 25% discount will be automatically applied to the highest priced pair.
> Any excluded items will not display the Vitality badge on the product.
> In season products are marked with the season linked to the the current season of the product.
>"AW, HO & FA" refers to the Autumn Winter season, while "SP, SS, SU" signifies the Spring Summer season.
> If you are a member eligible for a 25% discount, please note that when multiple full-price items are in your cart, the total value of a 15% discount often exceeds the savings from a single 25% discount. For this reason, the 25% discount does not apply in such cases.
Vitality Plus Program
> To qualify for a discount of up to 50% you must be enrolled in a Vitality Select program.
> The 50% discount is applicable to one pair of in season running shoes and is limited to one pair per member or dependent per plan year.
> If you buy several pairs of running shoes for yourself in one transaction, the 50% discount will be automatically applied to the highest priced pair.
> Any excluded items will not display the Vitality badge on the product.
> In season products are marked with the season linked to the the current season of the product.

General Promotion Terms & Conditions
> If you wish to order multiple items using your 50% or 25% discount code along with your standard 15% code, you will need to place a second order to apply the 15% code, as only one promotion can be used per order.
> If you want to order for yourself and a dependent, you'll need to place a second order to apply both discounts, as only one promotion can be used per order.
> If you use a 25% or 50% discount code and your membership has expired when you return your order, you'll receive a new code within 3 days after your refund is processed. You have 30 days to use this code before it expires.
> The Vitality discount cannot be combined with our Price Beat Promise offer.
> Your Vitality benefits can only be redeemed online and cannot be used on orders placed through our telephone sales team.
> All Vitality benefits are exclusively available to members of your plan. Reselling or distributing running shoes to individuals not on your plan constitutes a violation of Vitality's terms.
> Vitality reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against you if any fraudulent or dishonest behavior is suspected.
> Any unused discounts during a plan year will not roll over to the following year.
Delivery
> We promise we'll do absolutely everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the timeframe specified.
> We work with our couriers who have a 97.8% accuracy for their 24 hour service and a 98% accuracy for their 48 hour service.
> All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it and send a replacement.
> Items are classed as missing in transit by our courier if they haven't been delivered within 7 days from the date of despatch.
> At this point we'll ensure that you're refunded immediately.
> In some cases we may ask you to complete a Lossage Form which will be sent to you via email.
> Delivery to the Scottish Islands and Highlands may take up to an additional 48 hours.
> All claims for missing items/orders must be made within 21 days of the date of your order.
> Adverse weather conditions are beyond our control. We are not able to refund postage costs in the event of delays in delivery due to adverse weather conditions.
> If you choose to have your order delivered to a parcelshop, please ensure that the total order amount is below £300. Otherwise, it will not be eligible for delivery to a parcel shop.
> Parcel shop delivery is not available for orders shipped via a timed service.
> Delivery of parcels that have been requested to be gift wrapped can add an additional 24 working hours on to the estimated delivery time. Excludes bank holidays.
> During bank holidays delivery times may be extended.
Returns
> You have up to 100 days from the delivery date to return your order to us.
> Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, with their original packaging and with the labels attached.
> Footwear should be tried on a clean, soft surface to avoid scuffing the soles. Any unclean or scuffed items will be returned to you.
> Clothing must be returned in an unworn, fragrance-free condition with labels attached. Any marked items or that smell of fragrance will be returned to you.
>If you receive an imperfect item please contact us on customerservice@sportsshoes.com.
> If you wear the item or attempt to repair it your warranty will be voided meaning your product can no longer be returned.
> For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of underwear and swimwear that has been worn.
> At the moment, we can only process a refund and are unable to facilitate an exchange.
> When you send your order back to us, your discount will automatically reset within 3 days after the refund is processed.
> If you use your 25% or 50% Vitality discount code and your membership has expired when you return your order, you'll receive a new code within 3 days after your refund is processed. You have 30 days to use this code before it expires.
> Our return service costs £3.99, and you can return items using either Royal Mail or ASDA to You.
> You can arrange your return by clicking HERE.
> You can either print your return label or download a QR code if you don’t have access to a printer.
Faulty Items
> If you find a fault with your item, please contact our friendly customer services team on 01274 530530 or e-mail customerservice@sportsshoes.com who can help and advise the best way to deal with it.
> Faulty items should be returned within a reasonable time and must be in a clean and dry condition.
> Please enclose all your details and a covering note explaining the fault and any other useful details.
> We'll try to get back to you within 24 working hours of receipt of your parcel, although during busy periods this may take slightly longer.
> If you have a visible fault with your product please email a photo to customerservice@sportsshoes.com so we can advise on the next steps.
> Occasionally, if we're struggling to locate a fault, we may request a second opinion from the product manufacturer.
> Your statutory rights are not affected.
